I don't know my AGI from 2023

Your 2023 AGI is not on your W-2.  It is on your 2023 federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 11

I don't know my AGI from 2023

You cannot find your 2023 AGI on your W2s.  The Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is your income less certain subtractions.  You can find it on your 2023 Form 1040 Line 11.  

 

You can also go to Find Your Prior-Year Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
