I don't have an Illinois driver's license. Last year this prevented me from efiling my state taxes with Illinois. Will I be able to efile this year, without IL license?

If you filed your Illinois tax return, you should have received an IL-PIN in the mail that you can use. If you do not have the IL-PIN and do not have an IL DL, you will have to mail it again.
