I don't have a US bank accont anymore, I left the country? How to proceed to receive the refund?

The IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank account. They will only mail a check to the address on your tax return. It will then be up to you to deposit that check or cash that check in your country. When you are in the FILE section you can make the choice to have a check mailed to you.
