I do not have a US telephone number as I live abroad and I am stuck on the Review screen. It keeps sending me back to the first step and will not let me review my filing.

Is there any other way to get in touch with someone with Turbotax to help resolve this issue that isn't via US phone number??

Just enter any phone number with a valid US area code, such as (202) 222-2222. A phone number is not required to file a tax return.
