If you do not receive health care insurance through one of the State Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov you will not receive a Form 1095-A. So when asked if you have the Form 1095-A answer NO.
If you did not have insurance through the Marketplace, you do not need form 1095-A. The 1095-B and 1095-C are not entered on your return.
If you did have insurance through the Marketplace, then all you would need to do is go to Healthcare.gov and log in to get your 1095-A. If you are in a state that has a separate exchange, then you may need to log into your specific state portal where you enrolled in your insurance benefits.
What is your question about that? Did you have health insurance from healthcare.gov----the "marketplace" aka "Obamacare" for 2023? If so, you need to get your 1095A from healthcare.gov so that you can enter the information about the premium tax credits that helped you pay for your insurance.
If you did not have that kind of health insurance then you do not need a 1095A.
I do not have a 1095 form.
You should receive a Form 1095-A by mid-February if you purchased health insurance through Healthcare.gov or your state's health insurance marketplace.
If you accidentally answered that you have a 1095-A form, delete the 1095-A and Form 8962 that is included in the return. How to delete Forms
Also, make sure that no one in your household had insurance through the Marketplace. You will receive the form if you or anyone in your household enrolled in a health plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace,
