I did not use Turbo last year but did for many years earlier, do I have to provide all the information again, it is asking me everything

Unfortunately you do have to enter all your information.  The program can only transfer information from the prior year, ex. 2015 can transfer information into 2016.  You can cannot transfer earlier years into the current tax return.
