I did not sign up for turbo tax deluxe why am i being charged

You are posting from TurboTax Deluxe which is a paid version of the product. And you can see pricing here https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/ for Deluxe. 

If you wish to downgrade and you have not already paid for Deluxe, you'll have to Clear and Start Over to go back to Free Edition. See the details below about switching to a lower-priced version.
