You can still print and mail your 2015 return. So long as you do not owe taxes, there is no penalty for filing late, and you can file up to 3 years late.

If you plan to e-file this year, you would put your AGI as $0 as that is what the IRS has on file for you (even though your AGI was not $0).

Has anyone had experience with a CP05 notice? How long does this take? My return was unchanged from last year, single status, with standard deduction but its being held.
