I completed all forms on line but the 1040

The Form 1040 is the Federal tax return and is the form that is sent to the IRS.

What exactly are you trying to do?

I click pass from 1040 I need to fill out from it is blank

Start over.  Click on Federal on the left side of the screen.  Click on Wages & Income on the top of the screen.  Go through all the sections for Wages & Income to include W-2 entry.
