If you used online software that was only for 2024 and you entered 2023 information that was your own user error. The online software is only ever for one specific tax year---you cannot change the year and use online for a different year. Since you used the wrong software and wrong tax forms, you will need to amend that incorrect return and enter only 2024 information and send it in to the IRS on a Form 1040X. In order to prepare a correct 2023 return you will need to use the desktop download software on a full PC or Mac--- which is what you should have done originally instead of using online.
To amend the incorrect 2024 return---
When you amend you will need to enter your 2024 W-2's, 1099's, etc. instead of the 2023 information that you used.
Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

You cannot change the tax year. The current online program is for 2025 only. Only a 2025 return can be prepared online and only a 2025 return can be e-filed.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2022, 2023, and 2024 is permanently closed.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.

If you need to prepare a return for 2022, 2023, or 2024 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
