I chose the Credit Karma Money spend but turbo tax wont go past step 2 and actually file my taxes. Why?

It's like its caught in a loop.  I chose Credit Karma Money spend account option for my refund but when I hit continue it tells my Congratulations my refund will be deposited into my Credit Karma account, then when I hit continue again to actually file them, it just goes back to the Step 2 to chose your refund option!  HELP!!

Yes I'm having alot of issues with even making an account. It wont accept my I'd and it's not worth the 50 dollars. Can I just put my return in my bank account. I dont like this whole credit karma thing. I would like to not put my tax return in there system.

As long as you have not filed your tax return you can change your refund method. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:

Maybe you are waiting for some forms.  Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.

Many federal and state forms are not yet available.  Check here for form availability. The dates are subject to change.

Tax form availability tool,

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.

This EXACT situation is currently happening to me right now. I’ve tried EVERYTHING on google and spoke with 2 “specialists” from Turbo Tax and no one can give me an answer. I’m beyond frustrated. And because I’ve already paid, I cannot even clear everything and start over. I’m just stuck and no one can help me. I don’t even have an error messages. It’s just an endless resetting loop. And yes, I’ve cleared caches, deleted history, logged out and back in, I’ve even deleted the app and redownloaded it.
