I cant file my return??

What does the program tell you ?  Any e-file error?

Either can I.  I have tried everything and my e-file keeps getting rejected.  They say AGI doesn't match. I have verified the correct number.  This is the first time I have ever tried to e-file and probably will  be my last. Very frustrating. Don't know if I should blame the IRS or Turbotax. Not a happy camper.

Correct AGI got rejected

Well, I just was able to get my return accepted! Yay!  Based on some online research, I tried to put my AGI at $0.  It seems that my 2019 return filed in paper form may be among millions the IRS hasn't gotten to yet or whatever. Anyway, that worked!  Thanks everyone.
