I cannot progress past the review question that asks "Do you have a W-2 from the military? I've already entered this W-2 from my reservist income. It's like a loop.

I've tried using chrome instead of safari, but it's the same result.

I cannot progress past the review question that asks "Do you have a W-2 from the military? I've already entered this W-2 from my reservist income. It's like a loop.

On the "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?" screen after you enter your W-2, did you check the active-duty military box for the W-2?

  1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “W-2”
  2. Click on “Jump to W-2”

I tried it both with "active duty military" (which is not technically correct) and with "none apply". It still loops me back to the original review question with either box checked.

You may need to clear your cache and cookies:

If this doesn't help try delete and reentering your W-2.

Just wanted to close the loop here.

 

I finally was able to progress past the military W-2 question in the federal review. I tried all of the above suggestions without any luck; finally I called for support and a very nice lady named Mia helped me through the problem. 

 

I had to go back and delete my military W-2 and reenter it, then select "Active military duty" on the list of unusual circumstances. This allowed me to proceed with the next step/question. 

 

I hope this helps anyone else with similar problem!
