I cannot process my return because I cannot remove the form 2210, which is entered in error. The TT instructions to remove form 2210 are unsuccessful.

I did not underpay my estimated taxes, so I should not have a form 2210.

If an underpayment penalty was calculated in TurboTax for any reason then "Underpayment Penalties" will show up as a topic in your "Uncommon Tax Situations" interview. If you edit or enter that topic interview a form 2210 will be generated.

To remove the 2210 follow the steps below and then do not go back into the "Underpayment Penalty" topic. This should allow the e-file without a form 2210.

1. Select "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "Delete a Form"
4. Find the Form 2210
5. "Delete"
6. "Confirm Deletion"
