I cannot file my 2020 taxes because i am locked out of my old account

I had an account [email address removed]. I was in it a couple weeks ago had a return started and for some reason it will not take the password I was using. So I made a new account. this one [email address removed]. Was almost ready to file my taxes and it asked for my gross income for 2019. I have no idea it would be in the old account.  I have tried several ways to recover that account none with luck. I actually cannot get into the gmail account I have listed and I have a new phone number also.  i don't know what to do but I need to file my taxes asap. Please help
