I cannot add multiple 1099-SA’s. When I select the “Add” button, I either recieve an error that states “we hit a snag” or am prompted to change existing information.

Wondering if this is a software issue, have tried a few different browsers along with the mobile app with the same result. I have three to add and cannot seem to get more than one loaded in.
