I can't update my credit card information on your site.

The Intuit site won't save a replacement credit card info.

I can't update my credit card information on your site.

Please try the following steps which may help clear the loop you are experiencing:

  • Log completely out of Turbo Tax.
  • Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it.  I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.
  • Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.
    • You can also try a different browser as well, or "incognito mode".

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach back out here in the thread and someone will follow up with the next steps.

I can't update my credit card information on your site.

I did what you suggested and it didn't work. I have 3 credit cards listed; I need to delete the American Express card. I'm not given that option but I supposedly can "edit" it. I tried to do so but it won't allow me to save any changes to the card. I should NOT have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get your company paid.

I can't update my credit card information on your site.

I had to contact an Intuit technical staffer. The substitution of credit cards (deletion of obsolete card) had to be done on Intuit's end and couldn't be done by me.
