Ok ... in the MY INFO tab ... edit yourself and choose Foreign or US Possession .... then later for the mailing address again choose US Possession & then Guam ...

Why? What part of the process will nor allow you to enter your state? My Info? What state?

If you scroll all the way to the bottom do you see "Foreign or U.S. Possesion?"
