I can't login to my Turbo card nor can I get a hold of customer service

I would greatly appreciate if somebody would explain why we cannot reach customer service for the Intuit Turbo card. And why we cannot reset our forgotten passwords on the app as well

@davidcarl1 Have you already "Created a Online Account"? If you have not, please click here and scroll down to create your online account. If you already have an account, you can click on forgot password or user ID, to help get you into your account.

For additional assistance, please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2(to reach a live agent), it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

Or when you call the number you can follow the steps below :

1. Listen to the recording

2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.

3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)

4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1

5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".

6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

I keep getting I message that I'll receive a code to log in, but it never arrives.

Same - and I now I get a 'half login', apparently I now only have restricted access...to my own (expletives) account...this is after not being able to process any 1099's. Customer Service? Bwhahaahah - out of 5 people - only one was of any service whatsoever, and that was merely to admit the whole system is jacked and sent me a link to what they're trying to patch. Most of the customer service reps passed the buck or were useless/clueless.
