I can't log in

Hello - I have entered my password and verification code several times. TurboTax looks like it will open, but then sends me back to enter my password and verification code. I even tried setting up a new account... why is this happening?

tuirbotax is awful to log in to. I am almost done with taxes and i cant get back in. should i go to tax cut and start all over? This is about the 8th time this has happened.

I can't login because i left my 14 digit code in Florida and I am home in Vt

I tried downloading a new one but it said since I already had one on my computer I couldn't I jave completed my return but need to edit.

@jeanneboliver Not sure what you mean by "log in"--you only use that license code for desktop (CD/download) software---not for online TurboTax.

If you installed the desktop software to a PC or Mac computer that you own and it is asking for the code again:
