Here's an article that will help you access your prior-year return. First, make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years. Otherwise, the below instructions won't work.
Please see below for assistance viewing or printing your tax return:
How do I access a prior year's return?
I have used turbo tax premier for over 8 years and always import last years return to start the new year. the 2021 version will n to let me import. It says its too large, and even when reduced still will to transfer in. I really didn't want to manually input all the complex data into the new for as I have a very complicated return.
How can I fix or force it to import?
Thanks.

it's not really an import. when you first start the current return, you should be asked about transferring the prior year's data to which you should agree. you have to be in the same account that you used for the prior year. if you don't transfer before starting the return it's too late. importing will not work. the return would have to be deleted and you would need to restart the process.
if you are getting this message about the file being too large when you try to transfer contact support.
If you used Turbo Tax online for 2021 just log into the same exact account.
