I can not use my product key for turbotax 2024 business on my laptop.

I can not use my product key for turbotax 2024 business on my laptop. I have already installed and worked on my desktop. I get a message on my laptop that says switch to a different account but I only have one account . i am going away for a week and need to use my laptop. i just downloaded business 2024 on my laptop  2 times and entered my product key - then i get the message.
