i can not efile because of form 8582

I did as you suggested and deleted my MD taxes. Then redid them.  It filed immediately and is just in pending status now, but at least it was able to be efiled. Thank you for the suggestion

I had the same issue. I followed the advice of someone else on this thread and deleted my MD state and then redid it. Worked perfectly this time.

well, not sure but it looks like TT filed my MD return even though I said that is could not as the form wasn't ready. TT appears to have filed both FED and STATE MD. Guess we will see. I was trying to file w/out MD and when the page said that TT can't file MD I continued and got this. so, maybe just charge ahead? And i got the email saying both have been filed. WOW!!

I can’t find where it says forms I been stuck on this for weeks. My husband also put 0 on 179 so I deleted that but I can’t find 8582

THANK YOU for this information. It worked! After 5 hours on the phone with reps and 48 hours of waiting I was able to E-File my Federal Return. However, still have to wait to file my MD State Return.  TurboTax needs to fix this issue ASAP. I appreciate the detailed solution with pics. Thanks again.

I'm currently using turbotax self employment and I keep running into this roadblock for this 8582 form the form comes up but won't allow me to delete anything or override when I go to delete the form it's not even there. is this a issue just with turbotax and when will it be fixed also I see the zero that needs to be delete but the whole form is Grey can't delete nothing on it

if needed try marylandtaxes.gov and e-file for free. will need federal tax info. this i strictly a TT issue.
