I bought two turbo tax products, one for me and one for my parents. I am using the same computer to complete the tax returns, it will not upload turbo tax again

Buying two licenses to use on the same computer is unnecessary.   You cannot put two 2024 desktop programs on the same computer.    You only need one.   Any version of the desktop software has all of the forms and all of the schedules.    Seek a refund for the second one that you do not need.   When you download desktop software you can use that same program to prepare and e-file up to five federal returns and the state returns that go with them. (E-filing the states will cost $25 per state return; you can avoid the state e-file fee if you mail the state).
