I bought the 2024 Home & Business Turbotax access from Costco but did not receive anything except the product card and cannot find a link on it. How do I access it?

If you bought Turbotax from Costco, how do you access the link to use the product?

If you have the 16-character combination of letters and numbers license code you can go to this TurboTax website to download the 2024 desktop edition you purchased - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

If you didn't get the 16  digit License Code......after you paid did you go to the Costco customer service pickup window to get the full package with the License Code?  Or did you buy it from Costco Online?  I have steps for that.
