You were supposed to notify healthcare.gov of any big changes like becoming unemployed.   It seems you did not do that.  You still need to enter the 1095A exactly as it appears.   If you overpaid your share of the premiums due to the loss of income, it might result in a refund.   But....did you receive unemployment benefits?  Make sure you enter the  1099G if you received unemployment.

Unemployment compensation is taxable on your federal return.

You will have to enter a 1099G that is issued by your state.

Some states will mail out the 1099G.  Or you might need to go to your state’s unemployment website and use the password, etc. that you have been using to certify for weekly benefits to get your 1099G from the state’s site.

Enter your 1099G in Federal>Wages & Income>Unemployment

Go through the screens very carefully, making sure  to enter any federal/state tax you had withheld from the unemployment.

From Healthcare.gov:

If you're enrolled in a Marketplace plan and your income or household changes, update your application as soon as possible.

These changes — like higher or lower income, adding or losing household members, or getting offers of other health coverage — may affect the coverage or savings you’re eligible for.  After you finish applying or enrolling, you may be asked to submit documents to confirm your income.
