I became resident alien for tax purp. in 2017 under the SPT rule. I left US in 2018 for Australia where I work and live. Do I still am resident in US for tax purp. now?

As you were not present in the U.S. in 2019, you do not meet the Substantial Presence Test and are not a resident alien for tax purposes in 2019.
