I am working with the on-line version of turbo tax premium using a Mac, OS version 15.7.2 with safari and I am unable to transfer my 2024 tax file from desktop. any help

unable to upload my desktop 2024 tax file into the 2025 on-line program. Receive error that file is not 2024 turbo tax file or corrupted. I was able to successfully trnasfer my 2024 file into my desktop application

if you have the desktop version up and running why are you bothering with online

maybe you had the same issue as this
