I am working with the on-line version of turbo tax premium using a Mac, OS version 15.7.2 with safari and I am unable to transfer my 2024 tax file from desktop. any help

unable to upload my desktop 2024 tax file into the 2025 on-line program. Receive error that file is not 2024 turbo tax file or corrupted. I was able to successfully trnasfer my 2024 file into my desktop application
