I am unable to efile my state return

I have spent two hours trying to get a message to someone about efiling my state return. Can you have a human being respond. none of your programmed answers work.

What kind of error message are you getting?  Did you e-file your federal return, was it accepted?

No error message. Wants to charge my credit card but will not connect to my account.

Yes I efiled Federal & was accepted

There is a charge to -file a state return.   You can print and mail it for free but you do pay for all e-filed states

Wee did have an issue earlier with a small percentage of filers who could ot get their orders through.  It's been fixed now so if that was your problem, please try again.
