I am trying to get an update on my return but the info that I’m entering on the IRS website isn’t matching up. Please help!

Sign into your account and write down the amount of your FEDERAL refund amount.  On the IRS Where's My Refund site, you need the SSN of the primary taxpayer, your filing status, and the $ amount of your federal return.  Don't include state amounts and don't enter $, commas, or decimal points.  For example, if TurboTax shows your federal refund amount is $1,815, you will use 1815 as the amount.    Online E-file Lookup Tool
