You want to ensure that your information statement was entered as a Form W-2. Do this while in your return to determine if a Schedule C is present: 

1. Selecting Tax Tools
2. Clicking Tools
3. Choosing Topic List
4. Scrolling and clicking Schedule C and/or Form 1099-MISC if listed
5. Choosing the Trash Can icon to delete the Schedule C and/or 1099 from your tax return.

Otherwise, you will need to return to the Form W-2 interview section to ensure that your entries were correctly entered. To return, do this:

1. Type Form W-2 in Search
2. Click the Jump to form w-2 link or Go to Form W-2 button
3. Click Edit next to the Form W-2
