Did you possibly add another feature or upgrade your product after you made payment?  If you did, the additional charges will be assessed at filing.

If you didn't make any changes, the program may ask you to enter your payment information.  If you've already paid you shouldn't be charged again.  IF, by chance, you are charged twice, TurboTax will gladly refund your overpayment.  See the TurboTax FAQ linked below.

Why was I double-charged or billed twice?

This is the most asinine response I've seen from Turbo Tax.

No, we should not be charged twice, to then have to go through the process of getting refunded by Turbo Tax.

Get your S*** together.

I have 14-characher Order Number, Order Date: 04/15/202, Payment Authorization Code, and yet on attempting to file 4/30/24, it won't let me file unless I agree to pay with a credit card an order summary that AGAIN includes the TurboTax Premium charge.

@llegorr2

What tax year are you trying to prepare?   Your date is puzzling:

"I have 14-characher Order Number, Order Date: 04/15/202, "

The license code for a 2023 return has 16 digits, not 14.   You cannot e-file a past year return; e-filing is permanently closed for any tax year except for tax year 2023.   If you are trying to file a past year return for 2020, 2021 or 2022, you have to print, sign and mail it.  You cannot e-file it.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
