I am trying to claim the technology jobs and research and development tax credit for my 2019 taxes and I can no longer find it on turbo tax to input my information?

I haven't filled my 2019 taxes yet and when I'm going back in to apply for that credit, I can no longer find it anywhere? Please advise if you have any knowledge on this.

There is no such credit on a federal return. If this is something you are looking for on a state return--what state?
