Same, I think they do that so you have to pay their PLUS membership in order for you to talk with them to fix this problem because there is no other way for you to contact them in what i can see, what a tactic they use on us to take money from us, very bad company, I will try to use other options to fill out my taxes next time, what a shame because I have been satisfy filling with them in the past two years
