I am stuck at the "Select your payment method" page. The form takes all my details but doesn't proceed when I hit "Continue". No errors on the page.

I am noticing that the "Terms and Conditions" (which typically has a check box one must select) is greyed out.

Log out and either clear your cookies and/or  switch browsers.

Some terms and conditions pages make you "read" the terms and conditions by scrolling all of the way to the bottom to enable the "i accept" checkbox.

Same here. None of the tips helped so far. Used various browsers on Windows and Linux.

Same, I think they do that so you have to pay their PLUS membership in order for you to talk with them to fix this problem because there is no other way for you to contact them in what i can see, what a tactic they use on us to take money from us, very bad company, I will try to use other options to fill out my taxes next time, what a shame because I have been satisfy filling with them in the past two years

If you used a paid 2021 version of any kind you can call the TT support line for free :   the TurboTax Phone Number.

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
