i am on my moms insurance through healthcare.gov, do I need to do the form for insurance on my taxes?

I am only 17 and still in school, do I have to add this form to my taxes? I am on insurance through healthcare.gov with my mom.

If you are her dependent she would report the coverage on her return.

No---at age 17 you are a dependent, so you do not enter anything about the insurance on your tax return.  What you MUST enter is that you can be claimed as someone else's dependent---you do that in MY INFO.  When it asks if someone can claim you as a dependent you need to say YES.
