I am new on disability. Do I need to file disability taxes?

I also won at bingo last year. How do I file that even though they already took out the taxes

You have not mentioned what kind of disability income you are receiving, nor have you mentioned the amount you won from bingo.   Those are important details---we could be more helpful if we knew----is the disability from Social Security?  Did you get a SSA1099?   Or is it some other kind of disability benefit?  What kind of document is it on?   How much were the bingo winnings?   Depending on your answers to those questions, you might need to file a tax return, and might be able to get a refund of tax withheld from the winnings.
