I am having a technical problem. I'm trying to enter my interest income from my 1099-int into the system but it wont let me. It can't be done automatically.

On the 1099-int page I hit review to enter my 2020 interest income. However, when I start typing over the zeros nothing happens. My bank isn't one of the financial institutions that Turbo Tax has on their list so it can't be done automatically by them.

If you can't delete the entry by clicking on the garbage can next to the entry, delete the entire form and re-enter. 

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.

In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.

In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.

Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
