You should put the address where the IRS should send mail to you if they have to send you a letter or mail a check.

BUT, are you a U.S. citizen, resident alien, or nonresident alien? If you are a nonresident alien you cannot use TurboTax. A nonresident alien has to file Form 1040-NR, which TurboTax does not support.
