I am doing my mother's taxes she's 83. She has never used a Fidelity user name or password. Can't get past this screen, what do I do?

You can type in the 1099 form manually.  On the screen where it asks for bank or financial institution name, scroll down and select the "I'll Type it in Myself" button.  See screenshot example below.
