We are family of 4. I am the only member working and husband is a full time student. We have 2 dependents and he received his 1098-T we entered it into TT and after entering all other information in this section it says he is not eligible for a tax break? We are not sure why. We file married jointly.

If you are eligible, you have answered something wrong, in the interview. But, a lot of people are just not eligible.
