Husband and I have different residencies in the same state. Can we still file jointly?

My husband and I had previously been filing separately, but he wants to file jointly this year. My legal residence is still listed as my parents' house and his is still his parents' house. Does this affect us being able to file jointly? For context, I've been staying at his parents' house with him but my legal residence is still my parents' house.

You can file MFJ for 2024. You should probably use his address on your tax return.
