I bought the Turbo Tax cd from Sam's club. I am ready to file, but Turbo Tax program is asking for a verification number OR indicating i need to buy another copy?

Are you using the program installed on your computer or did you accidentally end up using the Online web version?  That happens all the time.  If you used the Online version you can move your return to the Desktop program without paying.

I've been using the desktop program -- but now that i'm ready to file -- it says :Did you already pay for this product -- if so, enter your confirmation number?  I don't have a confirmation number as it was a CD?
