HSA over contribution, TurboTax wrong?

I had a PPO in January, February, and March. For the rest of the year (9 months) I had an HDHP with an HSA. I contributed 3932.35 to my HSA (Box W, as I read it that includes my employeer's contributions, which would make mine 3482.35). As I understand it contributions are pro-rated so the max I can contribute is (4150/12)*9 = 3112.50. TurboTax is claiming that I have an excess contribution of 3714 (I calculate it should be 369.85). I do not understand why.
