Howcan I start new 2017 return?

If you have already started your return you can delete what you have start over. As long as you have not already registered,  filed or paid for your return, you can wipe the return you started clean. See the Turbo Tax FAQ below for instructions:https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4248526
