How to report coin future trading gain and loss?

Hi,

I am reporting tax using Turbo tax premier. Now I have a trouble on reporting future trading of coin. The csv file the exchange (DOEX) provided was not accepted by turbotax. In addition that it is for future trading, the form the exchange provided showed only some data like below:

pnl seems to show gain and loss. However, it is not possible to find some regular things like data received, amount sent, amount received..etc. Due to the same reason, I could not use cointracker or coinledger to generate turbotax compatible csv file.

Could you let me know how I can report future trading via turbotax?

1. Federal Taxes
2. Wages and Income
3. Scroll down to Investment Income
4. Select Contracts and Straddles - answer yes to Any Straddles or section 1256 contracts, don't check any elections (unless they apply to your situation), check the box Section 1256 contracts market to market, continue through the interview.
