How to pay 1099-misc contractor on PA state form

Do I need to pay PA state income tax on a 1099-misc wage as a contract employee ? My total income was less than $4500.

You probaly do need to pay PA income tax. The IRS considers most 1099-MISC income as self employment. It would be taxed by the federal and state government. You have to pay employement taxes even if your income is low. Employment taxes go to Social Security and Medicare.
