If you are talking about the 1040-ES vouchers for tax year 2022, you can go ahead and change them manually. The amounts on these forms are just suggestions based on your 2021 return. These amounts have not been communicated to the IRS.

So write in whatever you want when you pay them...or even better pay them online at this IRS webpage.
