How to I change my child's name and social security number on the form 8615? It lists my own name and SSN as my child's and I cannot find where to change it.

To begin, open your return and type "form 8615" into the search box and click on the "Jump to" link in the search results. Follow the program prompts until you reach the "Child's Information" screen where you'll enter that information (see sample screenshot below).

The 8615 goes on the child's own tax return, not your tax return.  You must have a separate TurboTax account for your child's tax return.   Your name should not be on the tax return at all other than  the 8615 where it asks for the Parents name and SSN.
