So I had about twenty crypto transactions to report and I only purchased the deluxe. So it prompted me to upgrade to prem service for $25 more and they would convert the CSV transaction history. So I made the purchase upgrading the service. Well no matter what adjustments I made it would keep telling me it was unsuccessful. So I simply put the transactions in manually not using the service I paid for. Where or how can I get a refund for the added $25 fee? Thank you,

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
